Program Description
MDJ AI Services LLC sends low-volume customer-care text messages to people who voluntarily request SMS communications. Messages are limited to responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. This program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Opting In
You may opt in by entering your mobile number on our website consultation form and selecting the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not preselected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and ongoing communication with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Our handling of personal information and mobile opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms as our messaging program or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revision is published.
