A clear path from agreement to launch

What happens after you sign?

You will not be handed a complicated new system and left to figure it out. We confirm the plan, connect only what is needed, test realistic scenarios with your team and launch when you are comfortable.

The post-signing process

Six straightforward steps

The exact timing depends on the scope and the systems involved. Your launch checklist will show the current status and any action needed from your team.

01 · WELCOME

Your workspace is prepared

We confirm your primary contact, create the client workspace and provide access to the documents and status information relevant to your project.

02 · KICKOFF

We confirm the workflow

We review the signed scope, success measures, current process and the people who need to approve decisions or handle exceptions.

03 · CONNECT

Access is handled securely

We identify the minimum permissions needed and guide the appropriate account owner through approved connections. Passwords should never be sent by email.

04 · BUILD & TEST

We test before customers depend on it

We build the agreed workflow and check normal requests, errors, duplicates, handoffs and opt-outs with test data whenever practical.

05 · APPROVE & LAUNCH

Your team confirms the result

We review what the automation does, what remains manual and how to intervene. Nothing goes live until the agreed checks are complete.

06 · SUPPORT

We monitor and improve

After launch, we review early results, address support items and use scheduled check-ins to identify sensible refinements.

You will always know where the project stands.

Your client portal and launch checklist are designed to show progress, documents, open items and support activity without requiring you to chase updates.

What we may need from you

Small, specific actions—not a technology scavenger hunt.

Most client tasks involve confirming how the work is handled today, identifying the right system owner and approving the tested workflow.

  • A primary account administrator and day-to-day contact
  • Confirmation of business rules, hours, escalation contacts and approval limits
  • Access granted through the software provider’s approved connection process
  • Test examples that represent normal work and important exceptions
  • Final review from the staff who will use or supervise the workflow
Common questions

Before you make the decision

Will we need to replace our current software?

Not automatically. We first evaluate the software and processes you already use. If a secure, practical connection is available, the goal is to preserve familiar tools and reduce disruption. We confirm compatibility before promising a specific integration.

Will automation start sending messages immediately?

No. Customer-facing messages, invoices and other consequential actions are tested and reviewed according to the agreed scope before live use.

Who controls the automation after launch?

Your business retains control of approvals, access and operating decisions. The workflow includes clear handoffs for staff review and exceptions.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the workflow, access requirements and the systems being connected. After kickoff, we provide a practical launch plan so you can see the sequence, dependencies and current status.

What happens if something needs attention?

You can submit a support request through the client portal. Open items can be tracked alongside launch progress and system status, and we review early results during post-launch check-ins.
